On May 24th, Xiamen Xinneng'an Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lianke Xihe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held a global partner signing ceremony at the Shanghai SNEC exhibition.

As a joint venture company with 70% stake in CATL (the world's largest power and large energy storage battery) and 30% stake in ATL (the world's largest consumer electronics lithium battery), two giants in the lithium battery industry, Ampace New Energy has been focusing on the research and development, production, and manufacturing of medium-sized lithium batteries since its establishment, aiming to forge a "third arrow" in the battery industry that is different from CATL and ATL, and create a giant in another field. Lianke Xihe Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022 and has a global headquarters in Shanghai. It has holding subsidiaries in the United States, Japan, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Singapore, and Hong Kong, with a research and development center and laboratory located in Xi'an. The company focuses on energy storage technology and gathers a senior elite team of new energy technology, new energy market development, and global investment in new energy. Relying on self-developed power electronic energy conversion and control systems, smart grid cloud platforms, global project development, and other technologies and capabilities, the company has developed a mature supply chain and is empowered by domestic and foreign green financial tools, committed to providing globally leading smart renewable energy solutions and high-quality assets.
